MiniMax tends to release the model weight one week after initial release.. I believe MiniMax will keep it open right?
if it was me. I don't trust Chinese AI models blindly, their open wights were sort of a guarantee and trust to check and understand them, which could lead to their API subscriptions. Now, what is the difference between openAI and minimax. I prefer openAI only .... little better benchmarks or economics doesn't make a difference for me. Many guys in enterprice sector is also thinking the same.
